Change of plans -- the volunteer construction crew is also coming this Saturday so instead of breakfast AND lunch, we will do BRUNCH Wink or brunch menu.  Start time will either be at 10:30 am or 12 noon.  Our simple menu will be:  Chorizo & Eggs + beans + tortilla + Steak + Waffles

Are you two serious?!  OK, we can have cheeseburgers on the July Saturday run since I was already planning on ribs for the next Sunday run in honor of July 4th.  Or ... how about HOTDOGS LOL

No I am not serious. Unless the hamburgers have a nice asian blackbean sauce on them.  Hotdogs and hamburgers with all the fixins would be fine. Bacon, hot links, avocado, etc... assorted toppings.

Unless the cook gets a different inspiration ... we can do burgers with sauted mushrooms, bbq sauce, bacon, and teriyaki/pineapple choices on the Saturday July run.

My heart is set on ribs for July 4th since I bought this cool bbq rack and smoker.
