Does anyone know where to get plans for a 1-1/2" scale 90 ton logging Mikado (similar to the 2-8-2 Saginaw #2, now located in Mid-Continent Railway Museum)? --- see the Saginaw #2 here: http://www.midcontinent.org/equipment-roster/steam-locomotives/polson-logging-co-2-saginaw-timber-co-2/saginaw-timber-company-2-turns-100/" rel="nofollow - Saginaw #2

NOT Railroad Warehouse. They are no longer in business.
The USRA light & heavy Mikados are not what I want as they are not generally logging "mikes". And actually, the Heavy Mikado from what I've seen, is much bigger than what I would like.

A 1-1/2" logging mike like the Saginaw #2 should scale out to around 50 inches and have a 8" sched 40 boiler I think, if IRCC from what I've seen of models on the net. Which is about as big as I'd want to transport with my 3/4 ton pickup.

Thanks.

Apparently this a nearly dead or dying forum.
