Air brakes in the box car plus locomotive brakes. Maybe?

Jim's hydraulic is for his tender only, the rest of his train runs on air. The Jillie Belle has mechanical locomotive breaks and the box car has the air compressor and tank for the air brakes. I believe the trucks you got for your car were from the boxcar after Tim replaced them with air brake trucks.

o ok. Jims hydolic brake is pretty cool it think. sure helps when ur in the yard and what not. the air brakes are kind of a delayed reaction but theres alot weight in all those cars!

Take a good look Charlie. As I was told, these are not car frames but are some of the pieces for a new "time out" box for members that are found tobe running speeding locos will have to sit in for a time out.
