Comments: this is the 1" 0-4-0 camelback loco that's owned by SCLS.I have been helping charlie who has been working on getting it cleaned up and running.we where hoping to take it to the LALSM spring meet but we didn't quite get it done.I took over the project and made a big push to get it running but had to go back east and ran out of time.its now about done I just got the head light rebuilt which was smashed up a bit and got the new Cly drains installed with new linkage and painted the tender so I took this photo to see how it looked on the web site.there was a long list of things that had to be fixed.we are planing on taking it up to LALSM on there next small scale run day and give it a run,tom d

The bell for this loco is missing, there is a place just in front of the cab where you can see two holes for the screws that held the bell on. It would be nice to have one to put back on it, so if someone has a 1" bell new or used to donate to the project please bring it by the club and we'll get it cleaned up and put on,thanks.

Looks good Tom. I checked the photo in the Little
Engines catalog and found that this engine did
have a bell on it at one time.

Maybe we can find a southern belle for it!
