Jen built this Galloping Goose Truck. It is 24 volt ( 2,12 volt battery’s) the motor is the type the battery scooters use with a chain drive to the rear axle It has a 4QD speed controller, they made England . It’s a fun little truck to drive around the track on, he told me he has a little more detail work to do on it. It seamed to run grate and pulled two adults on a car behind it with no problems. This is a scale model of a Galloping Goose the prototype was used on the 3’ gauge Colorado Southern Railroad, there is one of these runs at Knots Barry Farm but it is a bus type. |
