In 1969 it was rebuilt to a Ce-2 and renumbered 999516. On 1/10/86 it was sold to "Flight Traing Devices" of Barstow CA. This info kindly was provided by Kimball McGinley on chatski.

The chassis has enough room to hide the motors, and the tender is big enough for the batteries and speed controller.
